This was our first year having our Christmas lights installed professionally. … We told him what we were looking for and he told us his experience and what has worked for him in the past. He quoted us over the phone after we sent him some pictures of our roofline. The day of the job, they were very punctual..he looked at the job & gave us his opinion of what would look nice with the supplies we had…. He explained when he will be back to remove our lights (included in his charge) & the process he does to have them ready for next year! We are VERY satisfied and will call Elite Home Services for any services they provide as we need them!
We had Logan put up our Christmas lights up this past December and the guys were great. When we found out they did windows too we had them come back and we are so glad we did!! They showed up on time, were professional, efficient and did a fabulous job on our windows!! We will definitely be using them again and again!!!
We used Logan to clean our dirty windows after he did a fantastic job on the Christmas lights. He arrived on time and like what other reviewers noted, he was very professional and personable. Not just a great guy to deal with, but him and his crew did a immaculate job on the windows. Not like our previous window cleaners who wiped down everything with a cloth, they removed all the screens, washed them separately and vacuumed the ledges nicely. They really took their time and really paid attention to the little details. I’m a happy customer and so glad to find a company I can use again and again in the future! They are also very reasonable. I was so impressed I referred Logan to another job for carpet cleaning at my sister’s house. Give this company a try, you won’t regret it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I started using Elite Home Services 4 years ago to hang my lights. They do a great job and that’s coming from one very picky person! I have used them every year since and this year use Elite to replace my rain gutters and clean my windows. Logan is very professional and has great communication. I can’t recommend them enough.
Logan and his crew did my lights this year and I have gotten so many compliments on my lights! They look so clean and well done. No saggy strands here! I didn’t know what to do, being it’s my first house and he helped me pick the most classic look and helped me pick the right colors! Most people scoff at not doing your own light but my lights are clean and evenly spaced. He will come out and fix them if they go out and even takes them down at the end of the season. Very professional and just a great guy. He told me he was a fireman before starting his own business, so you know he’s a pro with a ladder. LOL ! Keep up the great work.

I contacted Logan at Elite Home Services for a carpet and upholstery cleaning. At first I was a little apprehensive to go with a smaller company, but I was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. He showed up early to the job, and was dressed & conducted himself in a very professional manner. Furthermore, he took care to replace anything he moved in the cleaning, as if the “carpet and upholstery fairy” came to clean my apartment in the middle of the night. Finally, I felt that the service I received was a good value, and priced fairly. I would highly recommend Elite Home Services.
Had our xmas lights put up professionally this year, and will never go back! What takes an average person 3 hours takes these guys 10 minutes. And its straight. And all the bulbs work. Seriously, amazing. Great service, great prices and supporting local business. Will call them for other services they provide – carpet cleaning is next!
Review of rain gutter cleaning – I have been using Yelp as a resource for many years, but excellent service inspired me to write my first review. We are getting ready for the heavy rains and through Yelp I identified 5 companies to contact for gutter cleaning. I wanted them to be local, have experience, and offer good, reliable service. Two of the companies that offered exclusive gutter cleaning services (not installation) had messages saying they were not taking new appointments. Knowing these services were in high demand, I had noticed some window washing companies also cleaned rain gutters and contacted 3 companies offering multiple home services. One company that I called with countless 5-star average reviews said they would call back in 15 min with a quote and never did. Elite Home Services only had a couple of reviews specifically about rain gutter cleaning (positive), but it was worth the call given their overall positive reviews. Elite Home Services was one of two companies that returned my call and I was lucky to able to get a same-week appointment, only because of another rescheduling (next appointment is latter part of January). Logan gave me a quote over the phone from the square footage of our 2-story house, indicating this would be the maximum fee and the charge would be based on the length of our rain gutters. The day of the appointment, he called in advance to say they were on the way, and they were on time. Upon arrival, Logan rounded the house and gave me an actual (and reasonable) price based on our home’s measurements. They offer debris filter installation for the downspouts (which we took advantage of — saw a pic on Yelp), and after everything was cleaned, they flushed the downspouts to clear up residual guck. Logan had estimated the job would take 2 hours, and guess what — it took 2 hours (Logan+1). They were professional and we got EXACTLY what we hoped for, and expected. As I told my husband, the entire experience was 100% thumbs up, and we will definitely keep them in mind for other home services as well.
We have used Logan’s company for many years. He and his staff are punctual, friendly, meticulous and professional! We started using him for just hanging our Christmas lights, but are now using him for windows and carpets too. As always, we love the attention to detail they provide. Terrific!

Thank you Yelp! Elite Home Services deserves 5 Stars Plus. I would highly recommend Logan Karg, the owner and operator, for his courteous, excellent service. He was prompt, efficient and paid attention to every detail. My tile roof was a mess and the gutters were clogged with debris from a mature tree being cut down and removed. He also tackled my windows and left them sparkling clean. Logan is extremely conscientious about the quality of his work. He was cautious with everything in my home. He definitely puts customer satisfaction first. Fantastic job!! He is on my permanent list.
I recently told a friend I wanted to get my carpets cleaned, and he told me about Elite Home Services. Logan is super-friendly, showed up on time, explained the process and pricing, gave me a very reasonable quote, and got to work. I returned home to find immaculate carpet, chairs, couches, and other upholstery. Logan took great caution with my furniture and used all the proper furniture pads, etc. throughout my house. Elite Home Services provides timely, friendly, reasonably priced, 100% quality work. I will use Logan and Elite Home Services for anything needed in which they offer. I highly recommend!!
Christmas lights review: We have 7200 sq ft gated home in Laguna Niguel. After a bad experience last year with a big Christmas light company, and a horrible experience this year with another big company who canceled literally 15 minutes into our scheduled appointment by saying they did not have anyone available for our appointment, Logan was a breath of fresh air! He called me back within an hour of calling to schedule an appointment for a consultation, he was prompt for our appointment, and his team did an AMAZING job!!! So professional, organized, and they even brought containers for the lights after taking the lights down. Highly recommend Logan. We plan to use him again next year and look forward to trying his other services.
I never write reviews, but I was so delighted by Logan. We will definitely use him again. He was so fast with responses. Super pleasant and courteous. He was by a landslide the best price. He showed up on time, brought all his own equipment l, took an active interest in my pet and child. He was also very sensitive to my sons nap schedule. He was awesome!!
I used these folks to have my gutters cleaned and the overall process was excellent. I worked with Logan throughout the process. He was able to come out the next day to do the work. He showed up on time. Did a very good job. Offered up some other small adjustments to help prevent further clog problems. He offered up good ideas and was not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend using Elite Home Services and I would definitely use them again.

Our home was in major need of gutter cleaning. Ever since moving in 4 years ago, they haven’t been touched. I explained the situation to Logan and he didn’t sound bothered at all. He was very professional during the booking process. He arrived on time the day of cleaning. He provided a few suggestions but was not pushy at all. He did a great job with our gutters.
