This was our first year having our Christmas lights installed professionally. We contacted a few listings on yelp along with Elite Home Services. One business’ phone had been disconnected, never heard from the other guy but Logan contacted us right away! We told him what we were looking for and he told us his experience and what has worked for him in the past. He quoted us over the phone after we sent him some pictures of our roofline. The day of the job, they were very punctual..he looked at the job & gave us his opinion of what would look nice with the supplies we had.. It ended up being a little more work than we had anticipated, and we expected to pay a little more than our original quote, but Logan just billed us the original quote! When night time came, we went outside with great anticipation!! Oops! A strand of the lights weren’t on . Called Logan, he was out the next evening, on the roof with no help, fixing the problem! Which was minor, of course!! He explained when he will be back to remove our lights (included in his charge) & the process he does to have them ready for next year! We are VERY satisfied and will call Elite Home Services for any services they provide as we need them!
